"Choppy" fluffy headband. Choppy is the Kawaii Monster Cafe's mascot character. The headband features Choppy's face with his stripy horns, big eyes and floppy tongue.

The headband is softly padded on the inside making it very comfortable to wear and has 3 little loops hidden at the back for hairpins to keep it in place.
